How can I cancel or modify my orders?

At the time of purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the data relating to your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at the following e-mail address:support@thecloser.shop Our team will will take in charge your request and deal with it. If your package has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by following our return policy.

SHIPMENTS

Shipping times and delivery rates

From the moment the shipment is confirmed, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address. 

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, with an estimated 3-5 working days.

The shipping cost is 12€.

On islands or in remote areas, longer delivery times can be expected.

You can track the status of your parcel directly on the courier (DHL) website via the link you will receive when you confirm your order. For purchases over 500 euro shipping is free of charge.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Customer return procedure

The Closer Shop’s return policy allow its clients to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package. You can do it either by signing up on the website , in your Reserved Area (if you are registered), or without registering, by sending an e-mail to the following support address: support@thecloser.shop . The goods must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been tampered with in any way. All procedures can be found in our return policy guide 

How to return goods

You can follow our return guide policy step by step. On the day following the return notification, our courier (DHL) will pick up the package. You should use our box and seal it with the The Closer Shop sticker already inside it. We would like to remind you that you are responsible for the shipping costs of 12 euros.

The Closer Shop delivers and collects exclusively with DHL.
